Uluwatu Temple And Kecak Dance Tour Itinerary
First stop is Uluwatu Temple. “Ulu” means heart, “Watu” means stone, this temple was built in 11th century by Javanese priest, Empu Kuturan. Uluwatu Temple is located in the south tip of peninsula on the top of blue sea cliff about 100 meters height. This temple has very aggressive monkey colony. Entrance cost is Rp 3000/person.

Second stop is to see Kecak Dance performance in Uluwatu Temple. It is called Kecak dance because on its performance using a lot of word ”cak” and it’s repeated many times. The Kecak dancer is consist of fifty men, wearing only loin-cloth and their upper part body left bare. They form rows of circle , coconut lamp oil in the middle . Kecak dance is performed for dance-drama that that the story is taken from Ramayana Epic. Entrance Ticket Rp. 50,000/person.

Third stop is Jimbaran bay. Jimbaran bay is located in the south of the airport. This area is originally fishing village and fishing market. in this area now is built luxury hotels such as Bali Intercontinental Resort, Four Season Resort. This place also known for the seafood restaurant while enjoying sunset with cold drink and fresh grilled fish. No entrance fee.
